If its true ,then why is it so?

I think its true but I’ll say "Pakistani’s brought up in Pakistan are usually wittier than the ones brought up in the UK (since I dont know about Gulf)…well as far as the people I have seen. Here I will give the example of eduction. Pak ppl are wittier in studies than UK ppl. Pak students get to study very hard at an early age. As in like they get to do tough syllabus. Therefore the stuff which they did in class 5/6 - UK students do it in class 9/10. And as already said the reason is that this is how our curriculum operates.
