Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
True.
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
there still be pakistan allam iqbal mentioned pakistan so other politicians would have carried it out any way
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
I absolutely agree with this, India would have exploded to several pieces.
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
True. He was the thought behind the "ideal" pakistan
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
Diva, we have still not given up on his vision, we didnt really get there, there is so much hatred, corruption, bigotry, and mismanagement we have to get rid of, but all is not lost...
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
- There is a view that Jinnah was a brilliant lawyer, who fought and won his case, for creating Pakistan. Despite the fact that there was little grass root support within the Muslim community-except from the elite. The Bitish too were keen to have a divided (& weak )India, and supported Jinnah.
Thus without Jinnah there would have been no Pakistan.
- The other view is that the Muslims had started a movement for a seperate homeland in the mid 1800's and that Jinnah's input was but a continuation of the process. Thus the credit for creating Pakistan should go to the various people who strove for the creation of Pakistan, and not Jinnah alone.
I for one believe that "without Jinnah there would have been no Pakistan". Without mass support of Muslims (who were divided), except from the elite includeing the Aligarh Muslim University, he also realised that the British would support him-since "divide & rule" has always worked for them..
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
^^ O Malhot, do not spread mal-thoughts and mal-history.
Brits were the biggest supporters of Bharat from seedling to tall tree . O Baboo do you know who started Congress party? A Brit. Do you know who became the first governor general of Bharat? A Brit. and you still blame brits. Na-shukra baboo! (thankless servant).
Muslims (apart from few in UP and Bihar) never wanted a separate homeland. Remember they were the rulers and they knew they can handle few banyas. Separatists were the only the minority Muslims in UP and Bihar who were consistently persecuted by Hindu majority.
Oh baboo! Congressi Hindus like Patel were doing put put (from behind) with the thought of sharing power with Muslim majority states like Punjab, Sindh, and Bangal. So they simply kicked these provinces out. Then turned around and blamed Jinnah for the soiled dhoties of banyas.
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
"* So they simply kicked these provinces out. Then turned around and blamed Jinnah for the soiled dhoties of banyas".*
Thats a new view, so you are saying neither Jinnah, nor the Muslims created Pakistan. Instead it was the Hindus????!!!
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
Not a very clear question. But if there was no Jinnah there wouldve been someone else.
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
Not “hindus” (that’s a stereotype), but the Congres$hit leadership (that was dominated by Hindus) was truly responsible for creating Pakistan.
Yeap baboo! Read baboo read! Watching the movie Gandhi doesn’t make one an expert of a complicated topic such as the South Asian history. The movie was made to have fun, and not to teach little boboos a lesson on hi-sh-tory.
Muslims truly suffered at the hands of Congress. Patel types didn’t want to do anything with sharing power with leadership of Punjab, Bangal, and Sindh. So they simply kicked them out. Jinnah was able to keep the bloodshed low. Stills millions of Punjabis lost their lives in 1947. Those lives could have easily been saved if Patel had put more resources in Punjab. 5000 troops for a large province like Punjab were not enough.
However the despicable role of Congres$hite leadership in 1946 and 1947 clearly showed that they were not democratic at all. They simply didn’t want to deal with minority leaders like Jinnah.
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
i heard that for a few percentage of the powersharing vote wasnt enough for jinnah and hence the need for a separate homeland
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
Like how much? Like who offered that percentage from Congress?
The last deal of power sharing was agreed upon by Nehru and Jinnah in 1946 as per Cripps Mission Plan. Gandhi the peacemaker put a big stinker through it, resulting in destruction of power sharing plan and millions of deaths in Punjab.
Muslims made Hindustan as one country. They decorated it with red forts, white Mahals with the background of blue skies. How could they ever think of destroying their beloved country. It was the madness of Congressies that destroyed the country just to gain power. Then they turned around and blamed minorities for all the faults of Hindu majority.
Oh Baboo! Jinnah was the best and only leader that truly wanted Hindustan to be together as one country. All the Congres$****e on the other hand rammed Bharat Matha and kicked out Jinnah. It didn’t stop there, and the same Congres$hites sold Bharat Matha to Kommies for few pitiful rubels. I’m sure bunch of Bharatis will turn around and blame Pakistan for Ruskie lovemaking to Bharat Matha.
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
Why did not all the muslim brothers leave for Jinnahs Pakistan and opted to stay back in India?
Why did Jinnahs two brothers stayed back India?
What was the relationship between Jinnah and his sister Bhan......................?
Did you know that Jinnah belonged to a Hindu family?
Why did he not trust Muslim doctors and had a Hindu doctor till his death?
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
Why don’t you add other Mullahtic questions such as, why Jinnah didn’t fast, or why did he drink? etc.
You know what Jinnah didn’t care about little pipsqueak Mullahs or anyone throwing trash at him (just like your post).
Read some good books and then come on this board. Your ignorance (fly) is open.
Happy Ramzan
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
You know very well Jinnah used to drink and his Hindu background.
Re: without Jinnah there would be no Pakistan.
yeah, and you saw him at Kolkata mandir, right? ![]()

This is all Hindus can do. To hide their own mistake, they balme it to British for creation of pakistan. I can understand Malhot’s comment if he says, 'British were behind creating hatred between Hindus and Muslims" I cannot resort to the fact that the British supported respected Jinnah Sahab in creating Pakistan. In fact, it was Hindu narrow minedness and wicked plan to “take revenge of 1000 years rule” from the Muslims by not letting them have Pkaistan and then kill and exterminate them like we had an example in Gujrat Massacar. It was Hindu who’s narrow mindedness resulted in the demand of Pakistan, Hindu, who was not willing to give Muslims their rights and was already running “Shuddhi and Sunghtan” movements… Baghal main churi moun main raam raam

This point is what I am hearing for the first time. Nobody started the struggle for Pakistan till 1933 when Jinnah Sahab came back from England ending his self exile.
