How do you talk to a guy staying in limits so that that person doesn't fall for you or something? Please, it's not for me, just a random thought came in to my mind. Was remembering something.
Choice of words (as K33 mentioned) is important but equally important is body language. Back in our college days, if ww saw a girl and a guy talking, even from 100 feet we were able to guess if there is some kind of flirting going on or not (by observing the body language of both parties) ...
Giggling too much, looking directly into his eyes when talking, rocking your body from left to right and back while pivoting it off your pelvic area (try that and you know what I am saying) ..is a clear sign that you want guy to make his move.
Guys maybe desperate and they may like to take their chances but they are not stupid and if you remain reserved, they will respect that and will give you your room.

Gina if you can't do that, then do you have a right to ignore them and break their heart too? Isn't it better to prevent this sort of thing happening from before.

But there really isn't any way of preventing someone from liking you.. if they like you, they like you and you can't stop them :)
