No. It all depends how you pursue. If you're acting like a stalker, anyone would run far, faar away.
I find these women are the ones that are confident and happy with themselves. It's not that they don't care but they give off a vibe that don't need a man but they'd bee quite happy to have one in their life. Some people do like a challenge, so if a woman perceives that, she will be one.

No. The women who have men running around them are the ones who are confident in themselves and dont let anyone else define or tell them who they are or should be. ** **You have to understand, its not that they dont care. Its that they care about themselves.
