I don’t understand why should the dress of a man be compared to a woman when their physical body is different. I heard some people saying that if a man can walk/swim without a shirt, so can a women ?!?!

Why is that weird? They can and they do. Ever heard of bikinis/bikini tops or nudist beaches/colonies?
