I don't know why such a big thinng is being made of this. This whole idea that I am an Indian/Pakistani/Canadian first then Marathi/Quebecois/Lahori second is meaningless. If you are a Pakistani from Lahore, does it ever happen that Lahore goes to war with the rest of the Pakistan and you have to take one side or other? This is just rhetoric and everybody should ignore it. Just taliya pitao or bhool jao. And while we are at it, why does Thackeray never criticise Dawood Ibrahim? Beacause he is a Maharashtrian?
