I,ve jumped in the deep end and am organising an exhibition
All Wrapped Up baby shower extravaganza
its in 20 days…and all of a sudden after a very quiet spell everyone has decided to either visit us,hold dinner/tea parties etc
Now i,m in a tiz as I need time to make diaper cakes,boo boo rabbits,washcloth candies and attend the gatherings
Wish me luck that I,m able to make beautiful creations and they sell well
any tips from anyone who has organised a fair, stall or exhibition ,welcome

good luck for your work.
i have done some exhibition work but those were stalls in some huge exhibitions. In your case, i assume this should be pretty simple as all you need is some well decorated tables and then put all your creations on those tables.
A few additional things you can do is to use a 40" plus flat screen TV (make sure it is wall mounted) and run slide shows of your work on that. Perhaps you dont need to waste time on creating PP files, just use simple JPG images. If your stall is going to be more than three/four tables, you may have to use at least 2 TV screens. Dont forget to play some light music in background. You may also use some small size banners or paper charts to cover the wall behind your tables.
It will probably be a family event where people will come with kids, so keep some candies there to lure them :)

prices for a business like this will depend alot on what your customers can pay. Speak with a few of your clients and get their feedback on your prices, that will help you to make sure that you are not selling any thing too low or too high.
