yep; need to extract it. third molaahs are prone to extraction.

Yes. Painkillers should work. Just go see your dentist. They'll advice you whether you need an extraction or not.

i went to the dentist and he told me that ur upper wisdom teeth is so sharp that it made a hole in ur lower gum from biting.
