There are so many wireless carrier jobs in USA and finding one is not an issue at any point of time. I recently got my PR for Canada and have been finding it really difficult to find a job in Canada. Is the wireless progress slow in Canada or there are not that many jobs?

What exactly are you looking to do? To say you work in "wireless" means anything from packaging boxes to single handedly getting rid of CDMA from the face of the earth.
What are your qualifications? Have you any experience? Where are you living? This is the biggest issue - location. If you're a young bachelor living in Toronto - MOVE. Toronto is saturated, too many people vying for a field that has already peaked maturity. Go west to the prairie's (Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta) and you'll find a much better job much quicker.
