Obviously ur fiance doesn’t think ur fat or ugly.. he musta found somethin abt you he liked enuff So take comfort in that someone important finds u beautiful in and out
offcourse its indoors, I am talking about getting there..doesnt winter have any effect on you?
Sara my fiance is amazing, I can go on forever about him, no complaints there. And hes not into skinny girls anyways he loves me the way i am but i am sure he wouldnt mind if i lost a few hundred pounds and became more active and healthier.

I know when i go to Pak i’m gonna have shiitloads of comments thrown at me for the way I look under the guise of “we’re only trying to help!”… but does that stop my losery self from eating ice cream? no… n i tried to start working out and stuff earlier this yr, but its like each time i do it i think.. wats the damn point, skipping one candy bar isn’t gonna undo 15 yrs of damage.. i know it’s not healthy attitude n thas wat i shud work on first before anything.. :halo:
my motivation comes from comparisions.. NOBODY in the family is fit enough to run a couple of miles or can lift 150 pounds or blah blah blah...
i had to work REALLY hard to get these results.. curves and shape came naturally.. i keep myself motivated by saying if i dont do this, i wont be able to STAY like this, if i eat THAT, there will be excessive calories which i wont have work for....
and last, i have saved my 36" pair of jeans from old days when i used to eat out of frustration, and had a desk job at my present place.. i call them inspiration-jeans.. as looking at them, REMINDS me of the lazy fat faizy..
try finding something negative if u must, cuz once u get inside gym, its really easy..its just the matter of getting there..
I agree with Sara516, u will have to tell urself to get up and move...it's all in ur attitude, if u say "na, it's cold...i'm tired", u will never even get up and start...tell urself ur worth it and also try wot faizy said...sometimes it helps to think negatively just a tad bit. I like running when it's cold outside, but not too cold...when's it's freezing or i don't feel like going out, i just exercise in my room. Good luck :)
burn your favorite songs that motivate you and energize you. listen to them while you work out. it also helps if u dont eat anything 1-2 hrs prior to gym time... because if you have just eaten you will feel heavy and lazy. once u get started be patient and note down the positive results you see in the way you look AND feel and use that as a motivation.
^^ if u dont eat enough or not exercise your body converts muscles to fat in order to survive...
metabolism slows down(food breaks down slower-again a survival mechanism) eat 5 small meals a day atleast or eat lots fruits+veggies if u are worried about calories.
