If we want to visit Pakistan during Winter, where is the best city to stay? Please suggest at least 5 best places to enjoy snowfall. Thanks.

If you are visiting from abroad I'll say make Islamabad as your base camp. From there, you can visit Murree and stay there for 2-3 days. During those days you'll roam around murree, Patriata etc but also you can move ahead towards Gilgit, Chitral, Baltistan etc. Or Kashmir side. I heard its all beautiful out there.
Also a lot of people go to Quetta etc but considering the conditions these days I wouldnt suggest that.

Murree, Ayubia, Patriata, Nathia Gali and above all Swat(Malam Jabba) & Neelum Valley... Other than these, Muzaffarabad, Sharda Valley, Kel Valley, Kashmir Valley... That's enough for winters...
