Winter Reading

Now that it’s getting colder and most of us will want to stay in our covers more - what will you be reading?

Anyone up to start the GSBC again? We did 10 solid books and it was lots of fun!!!

Here's my winter reading list.

*1- The Shadow of the Wind *(first book in Cemetery of Forgotten Books series). Ruiz Carlos' historical fiction mystery based during the time of Spanish Civil War.

Roald Dahl's classics **2- Charlie and Chocolate Factory

**4- Little Women **by Louisa May Alcott. Another classic ...I actually read first 100 pages this spring but gave up...now want to finish it as it's timed during Christmas.

5- Eragon...First book in The Inheritance Cycle series...winter and dragons go hand in hand.

**6- The Quick **by Owen Lauren...1800s, London, Mystery, Murders, Vampires...what else can you ask for...probably the most awaited book of 2014.

7- Wildwood: The Wildwood Chronicles (book 1)For Narnia fans...

8- And I'll be reading to my kids** Little House in Big Woods **(first book in Laura Ingalls Wilder's series)

I read 6 books. Started 3 others and didn't complete.

Ethan thanks for the recommendation - I came across this book on a best of list.
Will surely pick it up.
