Is there anything special you guys make for the winter? In my parents home, there is always besan ka halwa type stuff where you bhoon the besan and add ground nuts, raisins etc. I have also eaten besan laddos at someones house and they were so delicious, i still remember the taste after a year or so. I tried making them like i was told by the host with general measurements (she didnt measure anything, just eyeball) and mine didnt turn out half as good as hers. My inlaws make pinnian with rice or alsi etc.
What if any, do you guys make during the winter months?
