What a disappointing collection from SS. not tempted at all.

went mad this year got suits from gul ahmed, one from five star textile, one junaid jamshed and some from alkaram. still waiting for al karam suits to arrive. i am most disappointed with the junaid jamshed suit, the fabric doesn't match the price... i thought it would be thick warm fabric but its a bit thin, still soft though. i thought the pashmina shawls with gul ahmed would be thicker too but they are sooo thin. guess im looking in the wrong places for suits to wear in cold european winter lol also the gul ahmed website don't release their full collection all at once, there are so many suits in the catalog that aren't in the online shop yet

cross stitch has very nice prints and so does khaadi.

BUT most of them are two piece, without dupatta…I guess they want rest of the women to quit dupattas too :bummer: short/half shirts and fitted half capri pants ..shalwar qameez kay naam per bayhooda dhabba

does anyone have these or seen these stitiched? the neck design on the brown suit isnt printed on the fabric…thats the nicest part of the suit? maybe im looking at the pieces wrong. how is the red and black suit put together, it comes in about 5 pieces. i bought them from the al karam store online so they are genuine

I sooo wanted that red and grey suit but it was sold out on Sanaulla. I would make it just as it is the picture. I have ordered Al Karam suits before and the embroidered neck always comes as a seperate peice tht needs to be sewn on.

I received my order of GA, SS and Firdaus. I hope I got original SS...but quality of it is like I received Replicas(I ordered from Maurad Fabrics). Very disappointed of SS collection...the shirts which are supposed to me Marina fabrics...very think cottony material. I don't see any stamp of SS anywhere. Waste of money honestly and none looks even 20% as good as in the pictures. I will try to sell most of them.

GA suites are ok...nothing extraordinary...but prices are very high...I wish I would have seen all in real before ordering them.

Big Surprise was Firdaus embroidered shawl suites...look as good as in the pics...very nice material of shirts and shawl are very unique and full of embroidery...worth every RS/$ I spent on Firdaus suites....very happy. Will post pics soon.

I got one suite from LSM embroidered shawl collection too...Orange with beige color shawl...I will be selling it. Orange is neon orange and style of gala/material very ordinary. Their summer collection was disappointing too...winter is the same.

I order my garments from DailyBazaar.com. It is an online grocery store in Lucknow which sells cheap products which anybody can afford.
