Hi ladies, I’m in search for a new winter coat. I brought one last week but its still not quite what I’m quite looking for. And this is directed at UK people in particular. If u come across any dress style coats which are shorter at the front and longer at the back could u please post links and pics here. Thanks. x

nope I havent either, and I forgot to mention I want one thts upto the knees.

Quilted jackets are good too but havent seen any longish ones I like.

I want a new coat too. I left it too late last year and ended up buying a Paddington Bear coat :( I so not feeling it for this year.

I need to have a hood though cos of wet playtime duties. I havn't seen any nice coats anywhere.

I saw these 2 at Zara yesterday and insantly fell in love with them and THEN checked the price and thought ok maybe not this year lol

I have a Mac from New Look that is longer at the back than the front. It's really cute...not a winter coat though.

I personally love fur coats for the cold winter months.

I don't think it's a winter winter coat though. It doesn't have wool and it says medium weight.

True, I didn't see tht. It looks like wool in the picture tho, anyway the price is like way over my budget

deffo not the last link though! I always save up for a nice winter coat and nice boots throughout the year, and then don't feel too guilty when I buy them...
zara does have nice coats and the quality does last...
I also love french connection for quality..karen millen for the cuts...

I've wanted a coat for the longest time...but I couldn't find one that fit just right. Finally got one today after ages from the Burlington Coat Factory and I like the length and fitting. It's a muted purple Calvin Klein peacoat...and it was under a $100...and it's warm enough for where I live (where it doesn't get too cold in the winters).

I love coats from Zara! I have way too many coats and have made good use of them so far with the weather in the UK as it is at the moment!
