Hey Ladies! I’m looking to get a coat/jacket for winter (or Fall since it’s already freezing in NY). I want something WARM. I already have 3 coats but neither keep me feeling warm. I figured maybe a jacket would keep me warmer, since coats can only be so thick. However, I don’t want to look like Frosty the snowman with those bubbly jackets. I want something trendy and sleek looking. Any suggestions?

I am really eyeing the Kensington parka from Canada goose but don't have the heart to spend $699 on a winter coat....dilemma indeed :( Any other suggestions ladies?

Search for down coats. Some of them are less puffy, but they will still do the job for NY weather.
Rudask & Mackage have beautiful coats & jackets. They are super warm and trendy...yes a bit on the pricey side but it'll be a good investment.

Calvin Klein coats from Macy's are really warm! They are also on sale and have nice styles. Look for mostly wool material.

Yeah Calvin Klein coats are well off. They're more on the classy side. I have a whole collection of those and they do a good job heating me up.
Maybe you need North Face. You will be warm in that. Trust me.

How much are North Face jackets? Anyone know of parkas not in the $700 range. Something much more reasonable $200-$300?
