How do you deal with temperature extremes? The weather is so dry here. My skin is so sensitive that it literally hurts to take a shower. My face is bright pink, on fire, itching badly. Even sensitive skin creams are making me break out. So I am sticking to castor oil but who wants to walk around with an oil spill on their face? What should I do? Last winter I ended up getting an infection on my neck from scratching. And the facial redness is so unaesthetic.

have you ever tried shea butter? it is the best moisturizer i know..work fine on my dry lips and feet:blush:
