Here is the discussion and Q&A. I admire him to bring these issues to forefront. He is speaking the truth. Some or most people will not agree to him. I second all his observations and his recommendations. It is rather long video but it is worth watching. There are audio versions and iPhone app too.
Although he is talking from the perspective of US but all these observations apply to any Muslim and non Muslim countries where kids are going to schools where critical thinking is encouraged and admired.
