Birds have always fascinated me. The migration season is so larger than life, really. The patterns, the timing, the orientation, the navigation.. Its all super!!

That reminds me, my brother was something along the lines of butterfly migration and apparently it takes a few generations for the migration to take place from Canada down to Mexico :eek:

It’s amazing though, because if these birds or butterflies didn’t migrate it would have a negative affect on the whole ecosystem.

Then you have the birds blown off course or taking the wrong turn - which can lead to American birds ending up in Europe and then you get a twitch!
