thats the new interface? i've been using various betas and a v2600 release, and although it had a similar colour scheme, it wasn't as curvy..

infact i used it, dint like it, rejected it like windows me and am back to windows 98 SE…
just seeing the new release preview which shows XP with such a desktop appearance…

That must be one of the upcoming Windows XP themes... Some are inscluded in the Plus! pack, 3 to be exact...

above interface definitly looks a lot nicer than the other XP releases.. Plus! came out with only 3-4 themes..

Windows XP wont look like this. I’m pretty sure you’re running DesktopX with the Windows.NET theme.

well, i am not using desktop-x or any other such application....
they use a lot of system resources....
i mostly go even without a background (just solid black color does for me)....
and hey anyone remembers windows 2....
never saw windows 1....
but windows 2 was awesome....
was actually a colored version of dosshell....

must be a Winxp Plus pack. i installed it on my comp, but the comp kinda slowed down. so i turned the luna interface off and now my winxp interface looks like win2k..

when i upgrade, i'll turn on the eye candy...
