Re: Windows Vista Screenshots
so umer you are saying that other OS did not have any bugs when they were release? or any patches release afterwards to fix critical bugs?

Re: Windows Vista Screenshots
No I don't mean this. OS is most complicated piece of s/w and is always prone to errors.
There are always few "critical" bugs in most Unix variations than in Windows. More significantly, no other OS have as much stupid errors as are shipped with Windows, just watch my problem stated below. But Windows has the advantage of huge application base. Most applications and games are even never released on Unix. The day applications and big games will release first (or at least the same time) on Unix as they do on Windows,, will definitely put Windows a part of history books.
Just to give some idea of how stupid windows can be at times, here is the most recent problem I faced:
(P4, XP (with SP2 and updated whenever update is there), ATI Radeon)
I recently switched my monitor cause when I finished a well-know game, the screen was too bright and it was hard to even watch icons. I must restart my computer to be treated normal. I reinstalled the game and directx as well as drivers for my display card. But problem was still there. One of my friends suggested that monitor is too old (about one year) for XP, so I changed my monitor with a new one, and the problem is still there. If I will contact MS, they will suggest me to visit a good doctor for my eye-side. Just tell me where the problem can be. It is definitely with XP.

Re: Windows Vista Screenshots
What's Windows Vista? I thought MSFT has been working on Windows LongHorn? Or is this another name for it?
If these are two different OSs, then what are the differences?
Re: Windows Vista Screenshots
Now:
The only thing MS have done wrong so far is that they have fooled the people of down town of Lahore with Longhorn. (http://www.paklinks.com/gs/showthread.php?t=187826)
