WIndows 8

Re: WIndows 8

I personally appreciate this thing. they are unifying the experiences for end users. so the transitions from a convertible laptop to the table is seamless.

They had to make a choice, either they could have made the old generation happy (which may not be their main user in 10-15 years) or attract the new crowd. From my perspective, it was a fair call. The only mess up they did was to release Windows RT and Windows PRO versions which was the biggest -ve thing for Windows 8, thankfully, in windows 10 there wouldn’t be any windows RT or PRO. Just one windows and one underlying architecture. Hence allowing you to run your desktop apps on tablet and vice-versa.

Okay, seriuosly, fill me in here. What cloud integration you guys are so annoyed about ? OneDrive ? Just uninstall it. Signing in Microsoft Office, don’t sign in. It would ask you just once. The only issue is your main user account, which i agree is kind a painful to log in with real password all the time but for me its not that big of issue to dislike compared to other things.
