WIndows 8

Re: WIndows 8

Well, biggest reason is that there is no start button/menu. Why the hell not? I hate the metro UI. What Microsoft should have done is to release different versions, like desktop version, mobile version (with Metro UI) so that it accommodates all the users (mobile and those with traditional desktops). Instead what they did was to strip the system down to fit in all form factors and markets, mobile, desktop, server. Even with server 2012, its same problem. Others, like myself, have gotten used to the start button since the days of windows 95 and NT 4.0 and to take that off JUST BECAUSE there is mobile revolution going on is just mind boggling and reckless strategy.

Then there is mindless integration with cloud… it will be more with future OSes. Take that sh!t off, because all the cloud is that its someone’s computer and I don’t want nothing to do with that.
