I already bought it the day it was released...
I bought it in Germany so its in German Language. (35 Euros [price include VAD])
Some more facts.. its download-able and if you want a Hard Copy of it then you have to pay a little more price for it..

You can select the countries on the top left side and see if the university is in the list. This listing is for US.

what I know is that.. any domain which had like .edu somwhere int he email address would work. does not necessary mean to be like @hms.edu... but something college.edu.de would also work .. and I could be wrong as well..

^^no its not must even without edu you are in..
it depend if they have the university domain on their eligibility list.

NO uni / school / college email should be ACTIVE! and not in any pending situation. I have redirected every email that is sent to my university email to my hotmail.
