AS IN, CAN i download books, onto it from pakistan. i like reading novels and when im in pak, its a struggle to buy any decent books or books by my fav authors…so was thinking could i get the kindle or whatever, and take to pak, and if a new book comesrelases, but obv wont be available in pak, can i download off the net onto my ebook and be able to read it, in pakistan…and if so, will it charge in rupees, would i need a pak bank account, or can i use my bank card the uk one..?

Yes, you can download your favorite ebooks just like you would anywhere in the world, all you would need is access to the internet and you should be good to go.
You could use the uk bank card or account as long as it is is affiliated with one of the banks here or facilitates the holder to use it in Pakistan. Either ways, services such as Paypal, moneygram could all be considered second yet equally effective alternatives.
