You have not read my above post. Pakistan was mostly ruled by Military dictaorship from Punjab. They did not want majority Bengalis to rule West Pakisnis. After separation of East Pakistan, they also did not want democracy to take its root. More over successive US governments always supported dictatorship over democracy and spent $Billions in army to strengthen its rule. Is it difficult to understand this?
