Pakistan Army was in direct conflict with Indian Army on the borders of East Pakistan and inside with Mukti Bahni, this is the known fact that and General Tikka Khan's request to invade Indian territory to destroy Mukti Bahni's camp ( then a terrorist organiztion as per Pakistan) according to a certain clause of United Nation Organization, does give the impression that the terrorists of Mukti Bahni was camoufalged in the masses of students, peasents an other members of civil society.
There is another known fact and reason of Pakistan surrender in 13 days was appointment of Gen A.K. Niazi the man who should have been stoned to death, if General Tikkah Khan have allowed to do his job, there is little probability of having a bit different results.
