what’s intriguing is the part within the brackets, ‘as long as its according to shariah’.What are the situations which would be considered against Shariah?

Like if deceased said that all his wealth should be used to observe his barsi in the form of annual Urs and Sabri Qawwal should be invited to sing Qawwali. Or If he asked to build a huge Mazaar over his qabar and a mujaawar should be hired to spread fresh flower every morning.
