Can you back that up with facts and links? Please prove his corruption. I would LOVE to read about it all from legit sources. Thanks.

If they're legit sources, and not pro-jiyala forums and other blogs, you should be able to post them. Ask the moderators yourself.
Just a hint; major Newspapers will be acceptable. Not something someone sitting at a Clerk's desk decided to write to get himself a promotion. kthanks.
Better yet, post them in one of your other rant-filled threads. This is a separate topic and has nothing to do with PTI or any other party, lets not pollute this with your hogwash. :)

What a revenge of demon-crazies. NS and SS should be careful as they talk a lot against Zardari. Even IC should be careful as he is antagonising Zardari. If Zardari would get upset and angry than he would shoot them to death and since Zardari is immune from any case against him, he would get away with murder. All females in Pakistan should be careful too, as Zardari can even rape anyone with immunity. Zardari can also do mugging, looting and plundering in Pakistan with immunity.
Hmmm what a farce demon-crazy we are having in Pakistan. Illiterate thugs like Gillani, Atetaz and other PPP illiterates who even claim they are lawyers, do not even know that immunity is always conditional. If it is mentioned in constitution than also other articles of constitution overwrites given immunity. For instance, if President rapes, murders or steal from individuals, than basic human rights (overwrites most other constitutional articles) would override immunity of President and would make him responsible of his crimes even while he is President. That is the reason SC is authority in deciding about immunity.
Presidential immunity only means President is immune of prosecution on actions that he may have perform as part of duty while in office, even if that action can be considered criminal actions.
As for crimes before becoming President and cases in court, there could be no immunity on that. As those crimes and persecution has nothing to do with duty in Presidential office.
[Just think, cases were withdrawn from Swiss courts because of NRO and not because Zardari had Presidential immunity. Now, when NRO became defunct, case should start].
That is logical too, as convicted person is ineligible for Presidential election. That means, if a person is accused and prosecuted then he could contest election but that contest would be conditional that the person has done no crime in matter he is accused and prosecuted. That means, case should continue to exonerate him. Anyhow, if by any chance President gets convicted then he loses his Presidential seat, as he was in reality criminal at time of election though was not convicted at the time as his case was still in court.
For instance, suppose a person is prosecuted of rape and killing someone and there are many witnesses, still verdict is pending because it takes courts time to convict even if a person is obvious rapist and murderer. Obviously, he is accused until judgment comes. So, while case is in court the person can contest Presidential election and wins. That does not mean, case should stop once he becomes President, rather case should continue and if President is convicted than he loses Presidential post.

Actually these courts are licensed only to try PPP .
They have not even listened Showbaz Eligibility case for last four years .
They did nothing against establishment ever .

I may be wrong, but did they not add this in the 19th amendment that anyone is eligible to serve for more than two terms. 
That’s why Ameer Ul Munfiqeen (Shahbaz) will have no trouble being Chief Minister for the third time, and Munfaiq Ul Aalameen (Nawaz) can become Prime Minister for the third. It lingered in the courts for a few years, and now no one brings it up, because the tarmeems settled it.

Nice try, but I haven’t decided who I will be voting for.
Not for the status quo parties surely, but most probably I will go and cancel my vote so it can not be misused again. I do not follow a party blindly, and while Imran Khan is doing a lot of things right, and I have a massive amount of respect for him, there is still a lot of time left till election. If he can sway me with his policies and show a good enough team, then sure.
Otherwise, like I said, I’ll go and cancel my vote instead of wasting it on any scoundrel. Meaning I am not a full PTI support. Yet.

Gillani thinks he is on his way to becoming a hero by way of his refusal to abide by the SC decision. However, the truth couldnt be farther from it.
1. For his opponents, he is becoming a repeat criminal by doing so.
2. For his party members, he is becoming a front-man for nationwide ghunda gardi.
3. For independents, he is becoming a liar.
4. For Zardari, he is becoming a fall guy. Zardari is simply using him, and Gillani thinks he is going to get some fat reward afterwards.

I'm not a supporter of any party but I'm with the Govt. on this. The SC has been one-sided against PPP ever since they delayed the restoration of the judiciary. They are making a mockery of the Govt. as well as the country. Writing the letter would make Pakistan a joke in the international community and waiting six months is not going to change anything.
The immunity is for the president and NOT for zardari. Saw Najem Sethi's program yesterday. According to him, the co-accused have been acquitted. The only reason zardari is not is because his case did not proceed due to immunity.
In other words, the judiciary has picked the wrong battle. It's a lose-lose situation for both the judiciary and the government. The judiciary should be smart enough not to corner the government into a confrontation. It might be better for SC and CJ to start reforming the judicial system from the bottom up so that the common man might also see some benefit of the 'free' judiciary.

The CJ is relying on Lawyers and Lawyers are beating judges continuously in Punjab .
Better to work with his judiciary .
