I hope they dont, but anything is expected from india, when they can capture a pigeon and declare that the pigeon was a Pakistani spy, when they have a bridge collapse due to sub standard material used they blame it on Pakistan, why cannot they stage a false flag or just capture someone as “he might be planning an attack” and blame it on ISI/ Pakistan.** specially when they have tried that before in mumbai, that’s a separate story that they failed miserably.**
