I think there is a good chance as they have already increased the security alert in India (it was on geo last night), and they will be able to easily divert attention from sub-standard and very poor arrangements they made for the CWG

Wouldn't really be worth it, would it? Considering the fact that everyone will start thinking of it as too unsafe to do any sort of business there and it would also obviously massively impact the tourist industry. They'd lose a lot more than they'd ever gain..
India is not so obsessed with Pakistan (in contrast with some ppl on here being obsessed with India) that they'd risk losing all that money and world recognition.. Any Pakistanis who think otherwise have an inflated sense of their own importance imo
The security alert has been raised by many quite a few other countries already anyway (Germany, Japan, the US, the UK) so it's not exactly a surprise that India has done the same..

Lol, there are 50 million internet users from India. Indian diaspora numbers around 50 million, presumably all of them with access to Internet. So even if 1% of them are obsessed with Pakistan, that makes 1 million Pak obsessed Indian. Quite an army eh ? :)
Most Indians know only two things about Pakistan : Terrorism and Cricket. As only stories about only these two appear in Indian newspapers.

Indians do not need to do "false-flag" operations to malign Pakistan. Some Pakistanis themselves are experts at achieving that.

I hope they dont, but anything is expected from india, when they can capture a pigeon and declare that the pigeon was a Pakistani spy, when they have a bridge collapse due to sub standard material used they blame it on Pakistan, why cannot they stage a false flag or just capture someone as "he might be planning an attack" and blame it on ISI/ Pakistan. specially when they have tried that before in mumbai, that's a separate story that they failed miserably.

these idiots pick up terminology such as 'false flag' and try to use it to sound strategic and thoughtful. I guess it gives them some degree of solace from facing the reality that their own countrymen - whether from military government religious organization or science - are the ones bombing each other.
