I saw this on the news earlier today. What a complete embarrassment.
I myself am choosing to cling to the feeble belief that the “checks and balances” of the government will work to prevent this deranged fool from launching something akin to a second cold war and completely and thoroughly destabilizing the Middle East. I’m choosing to believe democracy will ultimately prevail and that we will emerge from this next four years battered but intact, broken but not beyond repair.
