Will a permanent marker work?

So we r in the midst of painting the focus wall in our room in an argyle print… Pqinted the diamonds and now need to do the cross hatching (the broken lines in e famous argyle print)First we were thinkinh we will havta use paint and a very fine paint brush…when lightening struck and i thought…hey why not use permanent marker instead? It would definately make things easier …just draw the diamond and use pen and ruler…to draw broken lines… UNLESS…there is some special painT out there that comes in a pen or marker form that i dont know bout? Is there? And if not…do u guys think a permanent marker would do the trick? Thabks in advance!Ipad post…deal with the setting of the post!

Re: Will a permanent marker work?

I am no expert but I think the marker color will eventually become dull or wear off compare to the regular paint on the wall. It won't be all even.

Re: Will a permanent marker work?

Khawa, dont even think about the market :frowning: … not very long ago , I realized i was in love with sunflowers … so tried to create a corner using drawing brushes with paint … the painted part was good enough .. but I acted smart and colored the flowers a marker along with all the delicate drawing … and within two days , it seemed like a kid had been playing on the wall :smack: … it all just faded away and looked wierd …
