I remember learning in a few of my education courses that males tend to gravitate more toward literature that is non-fiction whereas women are more into the fiction. Now this refers to reading (and I know that there are exceptions to the generalization) but reading and writing are connected. So, I wonder if this could have any connection at all to the Wikipedia figures. For example, since men are more into non-fiction…are they better able to process and contribute factual/objective information compared to women?

Well that’s interesting, it’s pretty much the opposite for me. I only read non-fiction when I have to or when it’s highly recommended by someone.
