Would you like a wife who is more learned then you self?
My wife went to school for more years then me but she is dog trainer.
So I am happy.

I don't care, my wife is a doctor she's got more education than me, but i'm bringing home more dough.
Including the dough she makes at home.

Personally, I have no problem whatsoever in that in fact I am always open to her to get more education if she wants to on top of her current Bachelors degree

Insecurity maybe? Hypothetically speaking, what would your attitude be if maybe one day wifey decided to use her higher education to get a more lucrative career?

Why? Is your wife, the trainer, doing such training with you? Haha. Just kidding.
But on a more serious note, some men are secure with their wives having a higher education and lucrative career. Other men are not very comfortable with it. These issues need to be sorted out before agreeing to a marriage.
Also, it's not a wife's fault that (BEFORE SHE EVER EVEN MET HER HUSBAND)........that she pursued a higher degree/career. Nobody was stopping the guy from achieving his goals. To hold that against someone and let it be the cause of bitterness is not fair. If it's such a problem, then one should marry someone who they find more compatible in this regard.

Totally agree. Little Princess is right tho, it is still an issue with some men (and their families)..

She could have been any thing she wanted she is so smart. She chose to be a dog-trainer.
I am not going to force her to become some thing like estate-agent or some thing
So I can show off. We do what we love.
