Two things:

• Why would you dig up a 5 year old thread? I mean thats good enough that you searched and read a 5 year old thread about swinging.

Saboor probably found this thread while doing a keyword search. He joined GS so he can reply (my assumption). Googled search threads attarct lots of membership and this is one case.
