Yes we do know the details of exactly what he did. Read the article. He made an “INDECENT PROPOSAL”. He didn’t attack her, he didn’t rape her, he didn’t even touch her. He made a PROPOSAL.
Now, if you don’t think it justifies murder, then why did you support her position earlier? And you didn’t answer my question. What would you have done in the same situation?

coz i read it as he was continuously harrassing/abusing her, which may have been a mistake.. frm the start i wasn't condoning any killing, just that she snapped and fought back.. if i were in the situation what would i do? i'd probably beat him up or something. I'd have no faith in police/relatives to help me out at all, but i wudn't kill him

“fighting back” implies that one was attacked in the first place. There was no attack in this case, so there’s no reason to fight back physically at least. A simple “No” would have been sufficient, instead this psychotic woman chose to ruin her already miserable life.

I think even if the man raped her (lets assume) he wouldn'd have been killed. There is no court of law in the world supporting this action. I guess there would be something wrong more than just an indecent proposal.... which obviously I do not know....

No if someones raping you u have every right to kill them, its called justifiable homicide, even the law understands u have every rite to defend someone if u feel ur life [not sre if family/loved ones is included as well] is in danger.

Yes, law recognizes defense to the same extent
If someone is tryig to slap you and you hold his hand or take an action which would prevent him from slapping you. Law recognizes it as a defense and you'll not be penelized.
On the other hand, if you demage this person's eye, you'll be convicted by the court because this is not defense commensurate with other person's action.
Sara516, you do not know law. This woman deserves to be convicted of murder by all means. This act according to the law, is not recognized as defense.
