I am not a doctor so each person should do their own research when it comes to natural medicines, but I do know of one young man in his 20’s who was diagnosed with Lymphatic Cancer and the Mayo Clinic took out his spleen, but then told him his cancer had spread throughout is other organs, to go home he had 6 months to live.
He took the Naturopathic treatment back 30 years ago, which mainly consisted of eating Fruits with Nuts(almonds Walnuts etc) in the morning and raw Vegetables with seeds(seseme pumpkin etc in the evening and drinking fresh juices of carrots lemon apple beets, and No cooked foods, for two to three months. six months after his first visit to the Mayo Clinic he went back, they could not find any cancer in his body.
He became a vegetarian! and perports the benefits of Vegetables and Fruits.

Even more potent is capsaicin that causes direct apoptosis of cancerous cells (programmed cell death).
That has not been shown outside of a petri dish.
In fact capsaicin is controversial precisely because it also has carcinogenic properties, along with anti-tumor properties.
