It is very difficult scoring 7 runs an over from the start. Extremely difficult to keep it going for 50 overs. South Africa found that out during their AUS clash. Not keeping up at 7 runs does not mean you choke. It does mean that you did not field/bowl well.

One can immediately see that South Africans are on their toes while fielding. Very different from their bearing during the Bangladesh match. They then thought they only needed to pitch up to win. Rude awakening.
