To me this is going to be one of the most interesting games of tournament…Windies need to win to have any chance, Saafies waana win after losing to BD…

Very much a do or die game for both teams. As much as I admire Lara and want him to go out with a bang, I just don't think the present Windies team is good enough to be in the semis which does n't say much for our team either.

NZ and Aus are nearly there with SL in hot pursuit. Will be very difficult for other teams to catch them. Realistically there is only one place up for grabs.

i dont give rat's ass who gets to semi's and who doesnt. All i wanna see is watching Brian Lara leave cricket with his head high in the air. I know he wouldnt be very happy after scoring a 100 and havig his side sit out side the WC, but that is probaly the one and only thing i am looking forward to is to see him play a magnificent inning before announcing retirement.

West Indies will have a good chance if Gayle and Chanderpaul get some runs. Lara cant bail them out each and every time...the rest of them need to get some runs too. Hope Windies win - I dont like South Africa and hope they get kicked out of the tournament - but for that to happen the Windies will need to get their act together and push South Africa....if they push them hard, South Africa will choke...as always.

If WI put in a decent effort today, then it should be a close game, otherwise SA are entering as favorites. WI have been playing like "lost in the amazon" style cricket.
