Mods i came upon this in a thread. This person wrote 3 messages one after another…in other words “flooding”, as you guys call it. My question is…why didnt this user get his/her message deleted, when all of my 2+ messages are deleted? is this a case of biased mods? i think so.

The relevant mods will be able to answer your query; however, I have always understood that different forums have different policies on some issues, which are formulated keeping in view their unique requirements. Typically, flooding is only a problem in Cafe, and hence the rule there.
That particular rule is, therefore, only applied in Cafe. The thread you are referring is in General.

HSKhan, the above is my fault as i am one of the Moderators of the General forum.
Infact, i even replied in this thread (subsequent to the three successive posts), but failed to see that one Guppy had posted three posts in a row. Not that this is a justification, but i was more interested in saving that thread from degenerating into another sarcastic one-liner saga. So i was a bit more interested in turning the discussion away towards the initial intent of the thread (i.e., sectarianism). At any rate, it is a valid point you have raised. If it happens repeatedly by the same Guppy, then we do generally consider it a problem and delete the repetitive posts; however, i also don't want to be too strict and if the thread can be salvaged somehow without too many deletions, then i would prefer to retain that route.
But again, you are right to bring it up and it is my fault. Many thanks for posting it here in Feedback, thank you.
Nadia..im not sayin its anyones fault. Believe it or not...u and Najim are the only two mods i respect on this forum. I just wanted to show admim thre are some rules on this forum which arent enforced properly...for instance some mods have me on their watch...and if they spot me doin one minor breach of the rules they put me into the slammer, but these same mods ignore other guppies breaching rules...
btw keep up ur good work nadia. the general forum is in tip top condition.

i agree that in general the General Forum is looking pretty good Masha’Allah. One thing i’ve learned the hard way is that there’s a whole massive amount of behind-the-scenes work that goes into this and all other Forums. Not for one second would i be able to do it without the support of my fellow co-Mods.
Repetitive posting does hinder a thread’s direction, and successive posts should be deleted; i did not catch this one, and that was my mistake and i HONESTLY do not mind your pointing it out because it was done respectfully. It’s ok, you can say it’s my fault because it is true:~) The General Forum is for all of you Guppies, Insha’Allah it will continue to serve as an informative and relaxed place to discuss ideas, as it has always done in the past.
