specifically talking about Ramadan, I think in all muslim countries we have special offers and sales and almost 25 to 50% off, but why in Pakistan price increases???

Only Allah knows best, but to guess I’d say because businesses in other countries want to drive sales and have built a brand rapport with customers. In Pakistan the focus seems to be biggest profit margin gain by all means necessary, and the fact that people will buy certain commodities at a certain time leaves consumers vulnerable to businesses’ self styled prices.

because, they want to get rich overnight. they don’t know how to build a business. they rather know how to maximize their profits.
