From my understanding, the term valima means a “celebration”, and not merely the commonly used meaning of celebration of marriage. As such, it is common to use the term valima for the celebration held by the person who performs hajj after having performed it.

Yes it is like sadaqa or fitna which are used in only one context in Urdu.
Even shadi is any happy occasion in Arabic , but in Urdu it is used for marriage ceremony only.

Why not a boy become pakka musalman after that , the ceremony/process is known as musalmani too.
I know Jewish people have a ceremony called "bris"....i just never knew Muslims had one too...these days, i thought its just all done in hospital and done and over with...I still know ppl have Bismillah/ameen/aqiqas etc
