Chocolate bars have a high saturated fat content, plus most of them contain trans fat - which is considered as good as poison when it comes to cardiovascular health. Heart disease in a wrapper if you ask me. Here’s a link for more info (just look at the saturated and trans fat content):

Plain, less sweetened chocolates are actually good for heart. Dark chocolate burns fat and can be a medicine for heart.
