After going through many topics here and the replies, i just want to know why so many participants here trying to find “IFs” and “BUTs” in the Islam?
Islam is the complete system and there is no option of any if and but for anyone. When anyone claims to be a muslim then he/she is bound to obey whatever is there in the system of Islam. Islam is not asking anyone’s opinion whether it is right or wrong or the way it should be?
To understand islam, study it and consult those who are authority on the subject and not just question each and every aspect of Islam. If I am not mistaken there is an ayyat in Quran stating that “Enter the Islam Competely” i.e.. no ifs and buts.
WEll said JAK very good!!! Islam is a complete system and it is not like other religions close to or far in many topic. its a whole life system how to run a life according to god, Only if we accept all of it and read the quran and hadith to understand it.
Well said JAK and jawan. One piece of knowledge that i might add to this, is that very often we mistake Islam as a religion. A learned person briefed me on this and told me that Islam is not a religion. Religion is a greek word (i think), which is something made by people, for the people. 'Mazhab' is the same thing, derived from 'tehzeeb', which is a set of rules made by people. Islam is neither a mazhab nor a religion. Islam is a 'deen', as narrated in the Holy Quran, and 'deen is a set of rules made by Allah(swt), and 'deen' means a way of life. A religion is for a certain group of people with the same mindset and thoughts, whereas Islam is a way of life for the whole world, not just muslims.
