Q. If Unplugged criteria allow all kinds of discussions ( with obvious rules of decency) then on what basis you can move a thread to any other forum(s).
Why any thread is moved to any forum at all ? Everything should remain in All views (including off topic discussions) and never be transfered to any other forum ( of course it should be removed in case of voilation of these simple rules of decency )
The person who starts a thread in All views is not blind and he/she can see there is a computer, household section too.. He/she wanted a discussion in All views then moderators moves it to other forum is himself not following the rules of the forum in true spirit.
There is obvious contradiction in statement and action when you say : " We Believe in ‘All views’ .. " but then you move thread to other froums.

Apparently, your quoted threads also lacked reply. So it means you will only trash out threads to other forums i.e thread with no reply. Hey ! this thread belongs to your forum as no one responding there. And if a thread attracts trafic even though it clearly belongs to some other fourm , it can very well stay in All view.
When there is a specific thread that is suitable for other forums “as well” and rather more for that forum for example a sharing of video or an image, we send PM to the thread starter and communicate… to see why it was posted in all views… in that case, a lack of response via PM from the thread starter means no backing up or reasoning behind posting in all views, hence, the thread goes to appropriate forum…

Yes. Thread originator was contacted. I Pmed myself asking myself if it belongs to anyother forum.
I got a response that there is no real discussion on the origin or background of these two traditions mentioned but the thread is simply asking to share the memories of others. It is very much okay for All Views as well hence, I requested myself to keep it in All Views based on that reason and based on the very guidelines of All Views. I agreed and thread stayed in All Views after the moderator's discretion and judgement.
