Its just not only true about non- good looking gals. Even if a gorgeous gal see another beautiful chica and find her more pretty than herself, she would get extremely jealous coz her desire is to look the prettiest of all the girls. Its just in their nature but u know what i dont get how they comment on them saying :oh look at her crooked nose" I dont get how they would look for something wrong in them and try to point it out".

yes girls do like to copy the styles of other but i dont think there is a reason to be jealous of anyone...

This isn't an issue about men vs women again. I believe that most women are naturally catty and competitive. It's about sizing up the competition. Women have always been told that our value exists in our beauty. It determines our mood, our self-esteem and self-worth. I personally hate when a girl shows her petty jealousy of another girls looks, clothes etc.

Anyway women have unfair advantage, men can't get ahead in the workplace purely on their looks.
