Anyways, pleasant is such a relative term. What may be pleasant to you may not be to others. Everyone has a different level of comfort when it comes to temperature… so despite the fact that you may like 60 degrees, I might prefer 80 
waise bhi sachi mein mujhe bohot sardi lagti hai… everyone around me would be ok but I’d still be cold (despite the fact that I am more covered then them 
)
PS: i dont know what 80 degrees would be in degrees celcius, ab koun google mein khooje

Some people are Thermophiliacs. When you feel like it's boiling, it's just warm for them. It may just be a matter of personal preferrence. Or that person just doesn't know how to operate a Thermostat to begin with.

I wouldn’t. Chahe sardi ho ya garmi, I have to have Fan/Ac on all around the year or I can’t concentrate on whatever I am doing and cannot sleep
