Because i have seen its mama’s boys who eventually turn out to be hardcore “Run-Mureed aka joro ka ghulam”.
Have seen it quite a few times. These men who just won’t do anything without mama, can make a U turn and turn there back completely on mama and hand over their reigns to wives who then control them, like a jockey controls a horse.
May be these people have something that makes them susceptible to be controlled by women.

mama's boys are usually insecure, dependent and confused people who act hard core from the outside but are little wussies deep down!! if they could, they would hold their mamas' hands crossing the street!!

Cure for a Mama's boy syndrome:
Push him to his mother...tell him to hang out with his mommy, pair dabao his mommy, take his mommy out, feed her, etc etc etc. Seriously, just throw him at her...
You spend a TON of time with his mother and make sure it eats into your alone time with him. This is important.
What usually ends up happening is the man then starts to pull away from his mommy and pulls you too, in which case you pretend to resist and do tons of tareef of his mommy and continue to let her dominate your time.
Presto! One day, he says...I want to spend more time with you...lets move out.

I disagree. I'd say the reality is more like the wife will always think he's under the mother's control and vice versa. No matter what happens, this is what the women "opposing" each other will think.

Then, when he goes to mama over the weekend, mama is going to push him back to nagging wifey. To take wifey for shopping. to Listen to her useless whining. To see wife acting "I have headache" .
Then he is going to get bored he is going go to mama and say, mama I cant live without you.
Getting married was a mistake :D
Then mama is going to smille and make him garem garem prathy.... now THATS what we call HAPPY ENDING!!!!!
