Do the sins of the fathers fall to their sons? We, women are so much further ahead because of our common struggle to better our circumstances and yes we have a great ways to go. But steps for reparation have been made and that to me demonstrates good faith. Not only that, but women's cause has many men supporting it as well. Do those men deserve women's hatred as well - do we impute the actions of a few (however many that few is) on the many?

Why steps of reparation? Get up and smell the coffee. No matter how hard you try, you will never be taken as seriously as if you had a penis. You are at a disadvantage from day one in so many ways. Sure, there are many men who may understand women better than other men but for the most part, we are good for making biryani, sex, reproduction, and taking care of his parents. Everything else you stand for has to be placed second. It is expected otherwise you are an ungrateful dyke feminist.

Speaking up or advocating for women is not just admirable, but necessary - but condemning all men is where I feel it undermines the women's plight and brings into the conversation the fall back that we're no different than the men or society we're advocating against.
